Resilience Matters aims to be a trusted partner who approaches each engagement with a providing a personalized service that meets your needs. Unlike large consultancies we do not operate a ‘land & expand’ policy. We prefer to identify suitable resource from within your existing organization and coach them whilst providing the requested service so that you are able to maintain resilience and security going forward. We would prefer to have a client who would happily recommend our services to others than one who feels they are dependent on us continuing to provide a service indefinitely.
Mode of Working
Engagement terms are agreed with each client to meet their specific requirements. These range from an intensive full time period either on site or a mix of on & off site working (typically to implement a program of work or resolve a specific client issue), one or two days a week consultancy support to support an in-house team, ad hoc days that the client can call off when required or a recurrent engagement to conduct such activities as run an annual crisis exercise.
We occasionally recommend companies that we consider experts in their field who we believe provide a service that you would find useful but our advice is always unbiased by any commission arrangements or similar inducements. Similarly we do not pay commission to anyone who may have recommended our services
